Creative Catalyst Thanet is run in partnership with Co-relate, Elinor Seath and the Margate Creative Land Trust.
Jessica Rose, Co-relate director, has run creative work experience and work placement programmes for the Big Issue, Pavement Magazine, Peabody Trust, Creative and Cultural Skills and BBC Radio 1's Hackney Academy.
Elinor Seath has worked in the community and creative sector for more than 25 years. As director of Art4Space in London, her work with young people included offering training, placements and work experience opportunities.
Mentoring with creative professionals is offered by the Creative Foundation.
This project is funded by Thanet District Council as part of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and the Margate Creative Land Trust.
We're looking for creative organisations to sign up to become placement providers.
Co-relate and Eli Seath will work with you to design the ideal placement for a local young person and make sure you have the right policies and practices in place.

First Fridays at Marine Studios
You can also meet creatives of all ages at the monthly Marine Studios First Fridays. An invitation for the curious, this event from 6pm on the first Friday of each month brings together creatives from across disciplines to create an exhibition, performances and activities around the theme. It's very friendly and welcoming for all ages. Under 18s must attend with an adult.
